I have an EMERGENCY with my Trello account. I need to change my plan to be paid monthly instead of annual, but this option is not available on my customer area.
How can I change it?

You can cancel your annual subscription. It will still run until the end of the year. Then I *think* you can just sign up for the monthly plan before it runs out (or on the day it cancels).

You will need to talk to Atlassian (Trello) support about this, as we in the Community have no access to billing systems. Go to https://trello.com/contact and use the last option, for "contact support"
