All my checklists items are being duplicated automatically, how to stop?

Just in the last couple days every time I open a card with an existing checklist, all the items in that checklist get duplicated. Any way to stop this?

I was having the same crazy problem yesterday but it resolved after I restarted Trello on my Windows laptop.

Thank you, I just had to restart Firefox and the problem disappeared.
