Hello, I would like to know if it is possible for Trello to send an email to the creator of the task letting them know that it was completed/delivered. Today on my team we have to. verbally notify that the task has already been delivered to the requester.

If you are referring to checklist item due, there is not Trello notification for it. The only notification is for card due dates.

It's not that. I have a column titled "Done", I would like that when a task is submitted to this column, Trello will notify whoever created the task that it has already been delivered

in that case use Trello automation around the trigger when card is move to Done create a comment with a @card assuming creator is added to card
