I have a board that I want to share with my team. I want them to be able to copy and use the cards but I don't want them to be able to add to the board or change anything on the board.

How do I adjust my settings for this?

Do I need to upgrade my service?

Hi @Stacie Kobs! Currently, Trello doesn't have fine-tuned permissions that would allow you to select which type of permissions your board members have over your board and what they can do on it. However, the Observer feature (available only on Premium Workspaces) could be a good option to limit your board members' access to your board. Still, they will be limited to only viewing the content and being unable to modify it.
