Adding card info to email automation

I currently have an automation setup, so that when someone adds a specific tag "Missing DWG" to a card, Myself and another will receive an email notifying us of this.. Then we can go in and address the issue and remove the tag... 

It works great, however.. im looking for a way to add a variable so that when we recieve this email.. it will tell us which specific card it involves... currently it just sends a generic message..
