Activity log for Trello card is always disappearing. Is it a bug?

Activity logs are disappearing from some of my boards. Sometimes only text related activity show but image uploading activity doesn't show. It is so confusing for my team.
Do you have any solution?

There is a Show Details / Hide Details button on the back of the card that will determine whether you see all the details or a subset - is that why it's looking different sometimes for you?
