A user cannot update ticket status, update comments, or add any attachments Edited

A user cannot update ticket status, update comments, or add any attachments, but the team this individual is on has the same access and is not having this issue.  Thoughts on a possible resolution?

Hi, check this :

Member types

  • Admins can view and edit cards, remove members, and change board settings. 
  • Normal members can view and edit cards, but can't change board settings. 
  • Observers can view, comment, and vote on cards. However, they can't move or edit cards, nor can they change settings.
