Looking for Ideas to Set Up a Personal Productivity Board

What Power-Ups, ideas, automations, and templates have helped you the most in setting up a productivity board? At the moment, I'm using this one https://www.atlassian.com/blog/productivity/work-life-focus-trello-insider-guide-personal-productivity, and it seems pretty optimized. The only thing I've added is a card for tasks that have been delegated and need third-party action to resolve.

A productive board is a thing that are so varied from person to person, so there is no single right answer here at what one find essential is worthless to another.
