I noticed something semi minor in the prep material. The lab challenge makes reference to the application navigator, but this is never discussed in the prep course. The application navigator is never referenced at all. I did a search on the transcript to check.
FYI you must have a wireless webcam in order to take the exam with PSI, they didn't tell us that upfront and I'm unable to take the exam now. I have an Apple display with a webcam installed at top of screen, it's large, heavy and wired but they require you to have a camera you can walk around the room with, so this turned out to be a waste of money :(
Thanks @Sanmat Jhanjhari it is a shame I was looking forward to it but PSI support was not helpful and instructed me to buy a new webcam which I did on Amazon Now but by the time I received it my exam window had passed and PSI confirmed they cannot reschedule or offer refund so I've submitted request to Atlassian support to see if they can refund. I also tried switching to a laptop with portable webcam but PSI confirmed you cannot switch devices once you attempt to begin an exam :(
@Patricia Francezi thanks I tried the same with my 27-inch display! The proctor was not supportive and seemed to think I was cheating and insisted to see around the room more and under my desk which I couldn't do :(
I was on the phone with PSI support for hours and they claimed the ACP-120 exam did not exist and they could not make any adjustments to allow me to start an hour late on my laptop. I was able to get a refund from my bank for the charges but if Atlassian and PSI can resolve I will attempt to retake. I already have my server certifications but was keen to try this cloud version so signed up right away, it's very disappointing that the testing process is so mismanaged now during pandemic and they can't provide the services I paid for.

Hello @Drew Cottrell , we're dismayed to hear about your poor experience with your testing appointment.
If you have not done so already, please go here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ and select Training and Certification, and submit your problem to our team.
We appreciate everyone's patience with the move to online testing during the pandemic.
I'll also be taking the exam in a meeting room with semi transparent windows.. hope they don't make an issue of that. It'll be a whole lot better than my living room where the walls are full of stuff that they can't read and can't control who comes and goes..
That they want to scan the room, that I'm fine with. Just to make sure you don't put anything on the walls or hide some text books. But come'on! It's not like we're not stressed enough to takes these exams :)
Atlassian Certification support team is really good. I’m sure they will issue you a voucher to reappear.
For awareness; I was not able to reschedule my exam though outside of 48hrs. PSI refused to do anything but Atlassian support issued me a voucher to reappear.
For any legitimate reason if you can’t appear on a scheduled appointment, PSI can mark it as an excused absence and may allow you to re-appear. That’s how I was told by PSI.

In the email confirming your certification exam there was a guide. This contains both a link to the system requirements for your machine (firewalls, audio, video,..) but also a step 2 (this seems to be the closest there is to a guide.
Step 2: Prepare your Exam Environment
Leave yourself sufficient time before your exam appointment to ensure your testing room meets these criteria: • You must be alone in the room. • The room is well lit, quiet, and free from distraction. • The testing surface is clutter-free and contains only one computer, one monitor, one keyboard, and one mouse. • You may not use dual monitors. • Hard-copy of English Dictionary or English-(Language) Dictionary is allowed. The Proctor will require you to flip through the dictionary to confirm there are no papers, notes, etc. inside. No other study material or aids are permitted. • Watches, bracelets and necklaces are not permitted to be worn during testing. Please remove all items around your neck and wrists.
• Review Exam Rules o Interaction with another individual during your test session is not permitted. o You cannot take a break for any reason. If you leave the workstation during the exam, your exam will be suspended. o You may not lean out of the camera view during your test session. The proctor must be able to see you at all times. o Speaking aloud during the exam is prohibited. o You will be recorded during the entire exam experience.
Thanks all unfortunately the wireless webcam requirement wasn't stated in advance, everything else was fine. Even though I was on the phone with PSI tech support it took over 30 minutes and they can't adjust the start time or approve another device/laptop, you only get one chance so lesson learned.
This was a special opportunity and exam can no longer be scheduled so there wasn't any recourse :(
I appeared for the exam last week and last night as well with inbuilt camera. @Drew Cottrell you may be unlucky there but I must admit that @Atlassian must speak to PSI to ensure they have one standard. I have done many online exam and so many of you but PSI is quite stressful.

In my experience, and I cannot speak for others, apart from the sample questions, the most useful tool in the ACP-120 prep by far has been the PDF with the slides and the transcript. Not having this was one of the main reasons why the original ACP-100 course was not helpful for me - there was a ton of verbally communicated material, but no written material; as a result, there was no way to review and actually absorb the information.
Will this become the norm for prep courses moving forward?

If I can still submit feedback here: one of the sample questions, the one about issue-level security, shows a level with the atlassian-addons-project-access role. This role is never discussed in the prep course, and honestly, I don't recall seeing any reference to it in the standard documentation either, so when it came down to selecting an answer as to why the user was seeing the issue, I chose the answer which stated that he was a member of that role. The pop-up stated that this was wrong because it's a Jira default role and does not apply to regular users. Given that this is such an important point it would be good to emphasize this in the prep course and in the documentation because honestly, it's VERY easily missed.
Sorry for the increased post volume. My test is tomorrow and I'm fairly certain I'm going to fail like a mosquito flying into the sun.
Hi, regarding the exam I reported an error in the question with a comment. 3 responses were requested but the form accepted only two, following this I could not proceed and asking for assistance I found myself restarting the browser safe as indicated which created several complications but the timer proceeded and obviously a significant loss of concentration in an extremely complex examination of this kind. Another small note, you have to disconnect the second monitor otherwise the security browser does not proceed, the same is true for some background services that I stopped manually. Finally, the distance between the results of the beta test and the unfortunately need to repeat it is not small. It would be nice if you also offered someone who took acp-120 a voucher to retest
I cannot understand why 620 would have a free retake and 120 not but with all the problem we all seem to have just to take the exam to me it only seems fair.
Guess we'll have to see what Atlassian decides, but let's just hope we all pass on our first try ;-)
I also had the question asking for three answers that only allowed 2 and I was asked to pause the test a couple of times.
I took my PMI PMP exam earlier this year and that was a much better experience. I couldn't understand why the proctors don't start off with audio - would make the room check much easier.
I wasawas wondering why 620 participants get a free retake but not 120, I would really appreciate that option as well.
