How we can add due date to preview on Scrum Board?

I need to see the due date on our ScrumBoard for correcting a weekly plan.

You can add fields to the board items as follows:

  1. Go to Board Settings on your Scrum board (under the ... menu)
  2. Click on Card Layout
  3. Under the Active Sprints section, find the Due Date field and click Add

Oh, apologies, I was describing how to do this in a Classic project.  If you are using a next-gen project then I'm not sure it's possible to do.
