I cannot find the location to add or update twitter on my profile. Has the interface changed recently? Also, the incidents no longer generates tweets.

We are still saying Twitter right :-)
I wonder if it is related to changed in Twitter/ X regarding API's.
Someone from Atlassian also mentioned a bug in this answer https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Statuspage-questions/Twitter-integration-not-working/qaq-p/2428787. The bug is not publicly available unfortunately so you'll have to reach out to Atlassian to know the status.
