if 2 component is in same group, if 1 component gets fail, can we fail other component also?

can we have component dependency in group?

This is Darryl, Statuspage Support. I am here to help. 

Understand that you would like to know if it's feasible for setting up the dependency between components within the same group.

Unfortunately, this is not possible in the current design as the concept of Group for Components is to provide a way to organize your Statuspage.

It doesn't provide a functional dependency as your description.

I have added your business name to an existing feature request, STSPG-7283, and we will keep you posted.

Please note that our Product team reviews all FR together and they prioritize those with higher demand to be implemented first and any FR will take months until is ready since it needs to go through Design, Development, Testing, and rolling out to Production. Further, all feature requests are logged internally without public access to our customers.
