Unable to select affected components when doing a "Backfill an incident that happened in the past"

Hello,

I would like to know how I can select affected components when I want to create an incident but for previous date. I know I would be selecting "Backfill an incident that happened in the past" but I am not able to select the affected components.

Thank you,

Vuthda

Hello Vudha,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community! I have actually just answered this same question in a post on the 15th of October. Please take a look here for that process and answer: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Statuspage-questions/Why-isn-t-it-possible-to-choose-components-on-backfilled/qaq-p/1835098

I hope you have a great day!

Regards,
Jesse
