Third Party Components

Edited

We have a couple of vendors (Kaltura and TurnItIn) who use Atlassian as their status page vendor, however they do not show as a third-party component toggle option.  Is there another way to add them as a component in our status page using webhooks or another method?

Thanks!

Hey there,

Abe here with Statuspage support. Thanks for reaching out. The only way would be to use our API and create some sort of automation. Our API docs can be found here:
https://developer.statuspage.io/

The easiest solution would be to have Kaltura and TurnItIn contact us to be added to the third-party components list. You can open a ticket with them asking them to contact us about getting added to the list.

Hope this helps!
