Support of polling based on rest API

irazubaiev
March 3, 2023

I'm looking for an option for a Status Page to automatically synchronise service status by polling a url or rest API. I don't see such option in documentation, but maybe I missed something or there is a workaround or alternative approach.

Any help is welcome, thanks in advance.

Hello @irazubaiev
Thank you for contacting the Atlassian community. This is Mubeen.

With the current Statuspage product design, there is no built-in option available to monitor a URL for status changes. For this requirement, you can create your own custom API solution to monitor your endpoints and send Status changes back to Statuspage or use existing third-party monitoring systems like Pingdom or NewRelic.

In addition, you can also consider using our Opsgenie integration with Statuspage

I hope the information provided is helpful.
