Statuspage email customisation

Hi,

I tried to add some logo and footer in the email it worked for me but I am not aware of customising the body part of the email. like changing the text style, alignment on the page(left, right, top, bottom) and so on.

can you please guide me to this?

Hello Bulusu,

Thank you for the question on email customization. While the logo and the footer can be edited, the body cannot be. This is just something that we do not allow customization for at this time as it is where the incident update is shown so we want to keep that standardized. My apologies for the inconvenience.
