Is it possible to filter PagerDuty services or filter PagerDuty incident priority for sending incidents notifications?
Example, if I want to send only Pagerduty Priority 1 tickets to be received by StatusPage, meaning show only P1 incidents in incident tab of statuspage and send notification for them. Is there any way to do it through StatusPage?
Thanks for reaching out. Abe with SP support. Unfortunately this is not possible through SP. You'll have to do this via Paged Duty or some sort of monitoring software such as OpsGenie or PagerDuty.
