I've looked through the 2 pages below, however I'm still confused about how pricing scales on audience-specific statuspage accounts.
My desired deployment would be met by the 10 groups, 25 team members, 30 metrics from the Tier 1, however I'm looking for 2500 - 5000 users that would be in those groups and receive subscription notifications.

We do have "subscriber packs" that can be added to your plan (at an additional cost) to get you up to the right number of users that need to receive subscriptions.
The best way to get an actual costing would be to put in a ticket with our Customer Advocates team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact - they will be able to look at exactly what you need and let you know the $ amount it'll cost to achieve that.
