Is it possible to use other words (UP or DOWN) in the Object of the email with the automation process ? I want to add or replace with "NEW" = "DOWN" and "CLOSED" = "UP".

Currently, the email subject lines in our automation process are fixed. This means that the words "UP" and "DOWN" are automatically used based on the incident status, and we don’t offer an option to replace them with other words like "CLOSED" or "NEW."
I want to let you know that we have an internal feature request for this, tracked as STATUS-32. While it’s not available today, our team is aware of the idea and is considering it for future updates.
