Is it possible to add subgroup in a component group?

We have two componet groups ARES Kudo and ARES kudo Regions, I want to add ARES Kudo regions in ARES Kudo group, how can I achieve this, can I do it with CSS custom page?

While this functionality is unfortunately not available currently, we do have an open Feature Request that is being reviewed by our engineering team regarding adding additional levels/layers of component group options. If you ever need to reference the request to ask about its progress, the number is STATUS-43.

Regarding using custom HTML/CSS/Javascript to implement this, I believe it should be possible yes, although we do not have an official implementation to provide as of right now. More information on using custom code on Statuspage:
