How to move user from the quarantine?

Some of our Statuspage external users were dropped to the quarantine, probably due to the spam filter on their domain. How can we move them back after the spam filter problem is solved? Will it be done automatically?

Hi Robert,

Thanks for reaching out in the community about quarantined subscribers. You should be able to reactivate them from within the quarantine part of Statuspage. This article goes into more details about this: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/view-quarantined-subscribers/

Please note that the quarantine feature is not available on audience specific pages so if you happen to have that, it would make sense to unsubscribe the users and then re-subscribe them. Hopefully that helps!
