How to get Statuspage component change in Splunk using subscriber Webhook

Here it is the scenario:

1. Create an Incident in StatusPage and change his status
2. Subscribe to webhook and provide Splunk url
3. Expect to be received and get notified in Splunk but nothing happened after one hour.

What could be wring and

Where should I check?

I just wanted to confirm, you said that you created an incident first and then subscribed using webhook. Could you please try to subscribe to your page using webhook and then create a new incident for that and see if it works?
