How can I send emails to targeted groups?

I am currently working on a project to use statuspage to send partner notifications for changes. In order for me to do this I need to first find a way to send emails to targeted groups. I am hoping I can upload CVS files with these different groups I have in mind and some how select the proper ones I need to send the communications to. I've looked into it and it seems to be doable I just don't think the free version I'm poking around in offers these features. Does someone know what kind of subscription I would need to get this functionality?

Chris here from the Statuspage support team. Sounds like you might want to try out an audience-specific page type. This page allows you to setup audiences with access to see only certain groups, meaning when you create an incident you can control exactly who gets the notifications based on the group you select.
