Hi Atlassian Community
I would like to set up the Atlassian Status Page internally - however there is no endpoint monitoring with Status Page as I was told. We currently use "Freshping" for monitoring purposes (a product from the Freshworks Product Suite) and would like to integrate it to Status Page so that we can use the Status page features (e.g. incident comms etc.).
Does anyone know how to create a link between Freshping and Status Page via API?

Can the status page host an iframe on the page? We thought that as a potential workaround we could display Freshping URLs on an iframe to be embedded into the Status page which could allow us to use it for communications.

We unfortunately don't have a native integration built with Freshping as of now, however, you can use the below API documentation for the available endpoints:

Yes, you can embed your statuspage into another webpage by using Status Embed. You can access this tool by navigating to your status page settings from the https://admin.atlassian.com console and selecting status embed.
Alternatively you can just paste the URL of your status page into any iFrame and set the correct size for your page.

Hope you're well. Quick follow-up, can we try the iframe in the free version of the status page? We want to check that we can have an iframe embedded in the status page, and that it would be fit for purpose before getting the paid version.

Yes, please note that Status Embed is a core feature in Statuspage and should be available for all pricing plans.
May I know if you're seeing the option as suggested before via the Admin portal - https://admin.atlassian.com
