How can I create an incident from a third-party channel like slack or cloudwatch?

Is it possible to automate the incident's creation through the integration with other channels like cloudwatch, Grafana, PRTG or slack? We can't find some documentation about it.

Hi @yessica.fernandez -

The channels you referred to currently don't have any out of the box integrations with Statuspage, so for now there isn't a direct way to automate incident creation from them.

We usually suggest leveraging the Statuspage API to customize this type of automation. Or you can use a third party tool like Opsgenie to create alerts for something like Cloudwatch, then have Opsgenie automatically create incidents. You can find the Statuspage Opsgenie integration here.
