I can't open the site: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-merge-two-users-content-ownership-and-permissions-in-jira-968659640.html

Two weeks ago I was able to open this, but now if i open the URL I need to log in and after that I have information that page does not exist.

Is there any chance to restore the site?

Thanks for reaching out to the community. This doesn't appear to be related to Statuspage but I did a little digging and it seems the page you linked is archived. This means that we have intentionally removed the article so it is no longer available for public view. If you had any questions around this still, I would recommend opening a support ticket with the Jira team to see if they can assist further. I hope that you have a fantastic day!
