Email subscription not delivered for test incident

I subscribed to my own statuspage with a working (but separate from my statuspage account) email address. I received the confirmation email to finalize my subscription as expected. However, I then posted an incident (as a test) and didn't receive any email to the confirmed address. Timeline-wise, I added the incident within 5 minutes of confirming my account and have waited roughly 30 minutes since posting the incident and still not received any email notification.

Something I'm missing on why I wouldn't receive the email notification?

There could be a few things at play here, but it may be best to have us troubleshoot this in a ticket to get a better idea of what's happening. If you could open a ticket with us here, we'll be happy to further assist. 

Thanks, @Mark Campbell-Vincent - I should did eventually start sending as expected and has worked since. Not sure why the hold up but all is okay now. Thanks for the reply!
