Dynatrace outage status on status page

I just wanted to understand the procedure of monitoring any outage occurred in Dynatrace on status page .

To monitor outages detected by Dynatrace and show them on your Statuspage, you can set up an integration between the two systems. Here’s how you can do it:

First, set up alerts in Dynatrace. In Dynatrace, you can set up alerts to trigger when there’s an outage or problem. You can use webhooks in Dynatrace to send these alerts automatically to another tool.

Next, update Statuspage using the API. You can use the Statuspage API to create or update incidents based on the alerts from Dynatrace. You can create a simple script that listens for these alerts from Dynatrace (via webhook) and then sends an update to Statuspage to create or update an incident.

Alternatively, you can use a tool like Opsgenie to make it easier. If you want to make it even simpler, you could connect Dynatrace to Opsgenie and then link Opsgenie to Statuspage. This way, when Dynatrace detects an issue, Opsgenie can automatically create an incident on Statuspage.

This way, whenever Dynatrace detects an issue, your Statuspage will automatically update, keeping your users informed.
