Hi,
There are four incident status names: Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, and Resolved. Can I change these status names to something else? I have Jira Cloud.

No, unfortunately, we do not have a way to customize the standard Incident statuses available for Statuspage Incidents.
We do have an existing feature request raised to the Product team as STATUS-80, for the ability to create custom Incident Status fields.
I have gone ahead and added your ask to the feature request.
