The last few times I've needed to add a scheduled maintenance in statuspage, the "Apply template" button in the upper right doesn't show the maintenance templates we have, and instead only shows an option to "Create a new template". Even if I choose create a new template from here, it doesn't show up in this dropdown to use.

We have a known bug STATUS-852 with the statuspage for this issue. You can upvote the bug and also follow the workaround mentioned in the bug.
