Hi everyone,As a Chinese user, when I try to log in, I get redirected multiple times and eventually end up on the statuspage where my uploaded image is displayed.

I have also try to use some vpn product,but usually, the web page gets stuck in infinite redirects.

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Welcome to the community and thanks for the question. As far as I am aware, Atlassian doesn't have any specific restrictions on China.
You mentioned being brought to this error page after redirecting multiple times. If you look in the dev tools of your browser, you should be able to see how it is redirecting. That might give some insight into how things are being redirected.
For VPNs, I would expect that they would work, however, with the active filtering done in China, I can see a possibility of VPNs not working as intended. You might want to consider another VPN to see if that helps.
Besides that, if you're able to grab a HAR file, feel free to submit a ticket in support.atlassian.com and we can at least see if it there is any information we can gather about how you're being redirected.

Hi, looks like the problem has been solved, it was an funny issue. Based on your reply, I tried disabling my AdGuard and it worked!
