All email subscribers don't get all emails on incidents and their updates

Hi.


We are using a private page to spread info internally on incidents and their updates.  When testing last week we noticed that several users did not receive all email about the incidents and their updates.  All users are withing the company using the same email server.   All users are subscribed to the same components (all).

 

Has anyone else experienced this?
What could be wrong?

Are the Subscribers that did not receive email notifications "Confirmed"? In the backend under Subscribers, if it says "This subscriber hasn't confirmed their subscription yet." then they will not receive any notifications.

Hi Kevin.  Yes, the users were confirmed before the tests (verified in the admin page) and subscribed to the same components as all other friendly users.   :(
