Just popping in to tell you that email customization (one of our most requested features!) is now live for all Statuspage customers. You’ve created a status page that reflects your brand’s look and feel, now let it shine through subscriber emails, too.
The default email template now includes affected components – with color to indicate their current state – and has a clean, professional design. The colors you've selected for your status page will also be pulled into the email design.
Additionally, you're now able to customize a handful of fields:
Head over to the "Customize" tab of your manage portal to give it a try. You'll be able to send test notifications to ensure you're happy with any updates made before launching to end users.
