Sourcetree window does not show after minimize

I am running Sourcetree 3.0.8 on Windows 8.1. After minimizing the Sourcetree window, I need to click the application in the taskbar many times (3 to over 10 times) before it re-appears. Using alt+tab never shows the window.

I also had this issue in Sourcetree 3.0.6. Other applications do not have this issue.

Is this a known issue? Is there anyone else who has the same issue?
