Sourcetree doesn't show 'uncommitted changes' randomly

It happens quite frequently with the last 2 versions. I modified a file, I don't see `uncommited changes` message. Sometimes I closed the Sourcetree app, and re-opened and it helped, other times it doesn't.

For Mac - at least for me. I am on version 1.9.8
