Welcome to the Community Sai!

That seems to be an issue with how Mac is handling the application, I found it documented on their site, you can see their solution in this discussion thread.

Hi Ana, 

Thanks for your respose. I tried two approaches mentioned in the thread (reinstalling OS is not an option). But they didn't work for me. I think they are talking about already installed apps. So can you please help with any other solutions. 

Sai, any solutions you found?  I'm having the same issue!
