Hi everyone,
Our company recently purchased Rovo. I'm looking to learn everything about its capabilities and how to implement it effectively within our organization. While there is documentation available on the Atlassian website, it's quite scattered, and I'd like to find more comprehensive resources.
Specifically, I'm looking for:
Has anyone come across good learning resources that cover both the technical aspects and strategic implementation of Rovo? Our goal is to maximize our investment by fully understanding its potential and ensuring proper implementation across our organization.
Thanks in advance for your help!
@Niels Croiset if you are an Atlassian Partner then you should be able to login to the Enablement Academy using an email with the org's domain. If this is still not the case, you could raise a ticket to them.

Hi @Niels Croiset ,
This free course is a good starting point on what Rovo is & what are its capabilities: https://enable.atlassian.com/student/path/2253132

@Darshanaa (ServiceRocket) thanks for sharing. What accounts do i need to have access to the course? Only Atlassian Partner or an Atlassian employee, can access?

@Niels Croiset @kc I believe an Atlassian Partner would suffice. Are you able to login with Atlassian and access the courses?

No I'm not.
I get "We are sorry that account does not exist. Please ensure you have access to this organization.” But I have an admin account for my organisation.
Could you confirm what type of account I need?

Hey @Niels Croiset
Thanks for sharing this, I'm on the Rovo team and am currently working on creating more of these kinds of resources for people. I'll use your request here as a reference when developing materials.
Are there any other gaps in the support documentation, in particular, that you could call out?

I'm afraid these resources are intented to Atlassian Partners members (Service Rocket, Deiser) and not Atlassian end users. However maybe you can find already some resources published by partners using youtube or similar services:

I know these are not the best options if you want to deep down but the partners featuring these videos are very skilled.
Best

Hi Luke,
Thank you for your response! I find the current documentation on Rovo to be quite scattered across the site, with a lot of clicking back and forth to different pages. It would be much more helpful to have a single comprehensive manual or an all-in-one tutorial that covers everything in a structured way.
This would make it much easier to learn and implement Rovo effectively.
If such an all-in-one manual or tutorial is not available yet, what would you recommend as the fastest way to learn Rovo and implement it into our organization’s workflow?
Best regards,
Niels
