Due to upgrades of our Cloud platform, there will be momentary downtime (up to 20 minutes) on the evening of Sunday 24th of Feb UTC time between 9pm - 10pm, that will impact a User Provisioning.
This will cause some downtime for User Provisioning between Identity Providers and Atlassian Cloud, but all synchronisation will resume after downtime, so this will not impact the outcome of provisioning events, but may delay provisioning momentarily.
