Jira custom field to enter dynamically a number of records with configurable columns

We'd like to setup a Jira Project as a companie's help desk system where people could create different requests to departments. Different issue types should have it's own workflow and a list of fields. We identified that in many cases it would be good if we could dynamically add/delete/edit data which are represented as a list of entries of dynamical size and (ideally) with configurable columns.

Does anybody know any plugin which implements such feature of something similar?
