Is it possible to create a project without project lead?

Hi guys.

Is it possible to create a project witout project lead?.

I can create a Jira user called NotDefinied, but firstly to do it i am looking for the posibility to avoid this option. My reason is because my projects update the project lead calling our CRM and somethings the project does not has project lead assigned.

You can't. You will need a dummy user if you must.
