I can´t create boards after importing a project

Antonio Abril Ledesma April 3, 2017

I have created a project from one jira to another (v7.3.0) and now it does not let me create slates.
I have reviewed the permissions but it will not let me copy the existing board.

This problem has started to happen after importing from csv with the jira tool.
The jira server has a configuration with an F5 front-end balancer and an apache version 2.4

Is there a problem with this version and the boards?

The right to create boards is controlled only by the "create shared objects" right in global permissions.  If you don't have the option to create a board in "manage boards" at all, then you don't have that permission.

Importing from CSV, load balancers and apache have nothing to do with creating boards.

I would check what type of project you have though.  Is it a Software project?

Hi Nic,

Here is the error I'm receiving when trying to create a board

"Unable to complete GreenHopper REST method"

In the screen I don´t receive any error, it creates the filter for that board but it does not create the board
