I have a notification scheme that sends email notifications for different events eg. create issue, edit issue, cancel / close issue, escalate issue etc. But in the notification email only some default fields are showing, not all the fields I need. In a custom event (escalate issue) only when some changes are made that info is showing on email but not all fields all the time. There are 6 fields on a transition screen escalate issue and an event is fired every time that transition is visited, how to show all the fields of that screen in the notification email? I have used generic template for the escalate issue event .
You need to amend the templates to include the fields.
