Hi, how should I set the user - customer, so that he can create and edit tasks in the project, but he will see and be able to edit only those he created, not other tasks.

I created the project role Customer, I created a permission scheme where I set the rules for the customer: Browse projects, Create Issues, Edit Issues. Next, I created an Issue security scheme, where I added the project role: customer. Now I think I should set automation rule,  but I don't know how exactly it should work. Thanks for any help.

Welcome @Zuzana Masiarova  issue security should be enough. Make sure that you associate an issue type with that security scheme. Only users within the Customer project role will be able to see these issues. Another thing that you can do is to create a new board and share it with the group of users that you want to see this board. You can also modify who the editors of that new board will be.

Groups are more practical but you can also specify an individual user that will be able to see your board.
