How to change the "Username" to someother name(example Employee ID) in the log in page?

I tried changing in the login-gadget.soy(below).But not succeeded.Anybody can help me out here?

Maybe you can do that with the InProduct translation plugin.

Try "translating" the Username label to Employee ID in the English language
