I have two projects configured in the service desk. The Help Center only shows a link to the portal for one project unless I click Browse All. How do I get both projects to show up under the Popular heading in the Help center?
Yes - I have the exact same question. Making users click Browse All isn't a good option at all. I assume after people start using the "hidden" portal it will show up in the Popular list, but not acceptable.
Your article on the portal also just shows the available projects and has descriptions underneath them. How do we accomplish this?
