Greenhopper Rapid Board (KANBAN) - Ranking does not work

Hello, unfortunately ranking does not work for some of my project boards.

I am logged in as administrator (so that should not be a problem of privileges) and Greenhopper is enabled for all projects and the ranking field is added globally - so I have not a clue, what may be the reason for this.

Has anyone experiences on that and may help me?

What additional informations are required?

Check if you have:

  1. Schedules Permission in Permission Scheme
  2. Filter Query has "Order By Rank ASC" and using Ranking in the Kanban Board(Kanban Board > Tools > Configure > Filter)

Otherwise, please kindly raise a support request at https://support.atlassian.com so that the support engineer can assist you with the problem

Hi Christian,

Could you elaborate some more on what you meant by ranking does not work? Could you perhaps include a screenshot (or more) so that we can better understand the situation?
