Export of data compatible with version 5.1.1 required

Hello, I purchased a 50 user license to install a local copy of Jira in my organization and now I need to transfer the data from current onDemand version I have into it.

Import doesn't work because of incompatibility issues. Can you please provide me with an export of my Ondemand instance (http://primus.atlassian.net) that I can import into Jira 5.1.1. ?

Hi Eduardo,

This is indeed a known issue at the moment. The OnDemand environment is running a newer version of Jira then is available for download.
We have a open bug report for this situation: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-28999

As Andy mentioned I would advise to contact Atlassian support they are able to make the export data compatible.
