Any way to customize the issue summary screen

I want to make the layout of the issue summary screen different. I sthere anyway to do this natively or with addins

This is not the issue screeen per se - it is the summary of uissues screen

what do you mean with summary screen? i know there are several templates in your install DIR. look for something calles view-issue.vm. i am mot sure if this is the right name but it this you can modify the look of the issue view. look in the templates
