Notification of change by email : Trunk the mail?

Hello,

we have a special page on Share with a table with many lines (5 hundreds lines), the email notification of changes is too biger (10 mo per users). Can we trunck to have only the new line? Thank you

Here an example, is it possible to decrease the number of lines of mail from updated page?
