Our company has been using OPsgenie for several years but the amount of alerts received has resulted in the fact that there is such limited filtering applied that the REALLY important alerts are often getting lost in the spam. This is a massive problem.
Out tech team are fully aware of this issue but reckon that to grapple with and fully tame and fix this issue will take too much time away from the tasks they have to do for running the business.
Do Atlassian offer an outsourcing service for sending experts to tackle the problem at hand and charge accordingly? Does anyone else offer this?
This is the type of service we would, ideally, like to find in order for this to be solved and set up optimally sooner than later.
